Yes, we accept new patients, children and adults, at both clinics.

What to do in case of a dental emergency?

In case of emergency during our opening hours, please contact us immediately by phone. We will do our best to see you as soon as possible. Outside our hours, please contact the on-call dentist in your region.

How often should I have a check-up and tartar removal?

We recommend a check-up with tartar removal by the hygienist at least once or twice a year to maintain optimal oral health.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay directly at the clinic by credit card or cash. Additionally, through our partnership with the Caisse des Médecins-Dentistes, you can opt for invoice payment with installment options.

Are the clinics accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Absolutely. In Nyon, the clinic is easily accessible via elevators in the La Combe shopping center. In Bassins, our ground-floor clinic has level parking spaces right in front of the entrance.

At what age should my child have their first consultation?

It is recommended to schedule a first check-up around the age of 2 to 3 years. This helps reassure the child, familiarize them with the clinic, and ensure that the first teeth are developing properly.
